Current setup: This build intentionally avoids analytics trackers, display-ad scripts and optional marketing cookies. If advertising or another consent-requiring technology is introduced later, it must not be activated until the consent and privacy information has been updated.

2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. Technical access data is processed to deliver, maintain and secure the website. Depending on the request, this can include the requested resource, date and time, browser or user-agent information, referrer information, status codes and network-related information. The legal basis for processing required for secure and reliable website operation is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

STRATO states that hostnames or IP addresses shown in the web-hosting log files are anonymized and that log files are made available for a limited period. The exact provider-side processing is governed by STRATO's current contractual and privacy terms.

3. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, the information you provide is processed to handle and answer your request. Depending on the subject, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps connected with a contract or potential contract, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in responding to general enquiries. Messages are retained only as long as necessary for the request and any applicable legal retention duties.

4. Cookies, local storage, analytics and advertising

The current site build does not intentionally set optional analytics, advertising or marketing cookies and does not load analytics or display-ad tracking scripts. The site therefore does not show a consent banner solely for technologies that are not currently in use.

If non-essential cookies, local-storage access, tracking pixels, advertising technologies or similar technologies are introduced later, they must be assessed before activation. Where consent is required, those technologies must remain blocked until valid consent has been obtained.

5. Affiliate links and external links

This website may in the future use clearly marked affiliate links. A normal outbound affiliate link can contain an identifier in the destination URL. Solana Factory does not currently set its own affiliate-tracking cookie in this build. After you follow an external link, the destination provider is responsible for its own processing, cookies and privacy information.

Other external links can lead to services such as Instagram, Solana documentation or third-party tools. No third-party page is loaded merely because a standard text link is displayed. The third party's privacy terms apply after you open the external service.

6. Recipients and transfers

Website data may be processed by the hosting provider as a processor where required for hosting and security. We do not intentionally transmit visitor data to advertising or analytics providers in this build. If a future service involves additional recipients or transfers outside the European Economic Area, this policy must be updated before that service is activated.

7. Retention

Personal data is kept only for as long as required for the purpose for which it was collected and for any applicable statutory retention or documentation duties. Hosting log retention follows the applicable STRATO configuration and provider terms.

8. Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, consent can be withdrawn for the future without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

9. Right to complain

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. For an operator based in Hesse, the competent authority is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HBDI), Wilhelmstraße 7, 65185 Wiesbaden, Germany, email: poststelle@datenschutz.hessen.de.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy will be reviewed when the website's data-processing activities change, in particular before analytics, advertising, consent-requiring tracking or new embedded third-party services are activated.
